Pro tip: dont buy their refill soaps, they come in small bottles and are expensive. I find that "Oxi Clean" carpet cleaner is half the price and works just as good!
Also, DO NOT USE BOILING WATER! You'll kill one of the seals. It's a cheap and easy fix, but just don't do it. Warm/slightly hot water is good enough.
Years ago I figured that the hotter I could get the water, the better the cleaning. Yeah...don't do it.

I just checked and I got mine through a front page Amazon lightning deal for $267. That would equate to ~$325 in todays dollars, so this is one of the best prices ever.
