I bought it for an emergency but also to use for hike-in camping. Hope that helps!
The small snacks like the dehydrated fruits and stuff has 7 years best used dates.
Food tastes good, great for emergencies or camping.
A true 3 day camp trip kit for a full grown man.

Restaurants love spaghetti and noodle dishes because they are cheap to make with more profit.

I ordered and received two buckets by placing two separate orders to get free shipping, and using fillers for stuff I was going to buy anyway to bring up total.
Opened one bucket and all inside looks good. Nicer mix than usual in this type of emergency food. There is enough room in the bottom of the bucket to place water, making this a true grab-n'-go option.
Again anyone not sure this is a good kit with meat, variety and cook in pouch. Anything in this price range will not have meat or a lot less calories. A ton of stuff in it.
Looks dead.
The chicken and noodles and granola were good
Beware the spicy Asian noodles - hot as heck - your mouth will start to cry before three forkfuls. I had to stop eating it
The mac and cheez was "meh."
When you empty the packets, a lot of particle dust blows-up from the bowl. It will go on your clothes, on your keyboard, up your nose etc. It was like "whoa"
