I contacted them through live chat with the description of other for reason for contacting. It took a bit of time to get the issue resolved. About 45 mins.

I got through to the promo help department they basically told me nothing they could do except escalate it to another help department and they would email me in 48 hours lol. Door Dash sucks now a days so bad amazing they still have drivers.
This code worked for me on a test order a couple of days ago that I didn't complete. Now it says my account is not eligible even though they emailed the code to me and I saw it on a banner. Why did they turn off the code?

I said no and they ended up giving me another $20 credit for a total of $35. I was asked again if that brought a smile to my face. I said yes this time. Then they literally told me to smile more. WTF? Their chat is so weird! lol

I m trying to reach customer chat representative since last half an hour. I am still on waiting screen , how long it took to reach csr?
I got the email yesterday on two accounts. Neither worked today. I talked with support and got transferred. Ended up with a $15 credit. The agent stated the code is still "active," but that clearly isn't the case.
YMMV- granted took many mins on hold yesterday regular CSR transfer to escalation CSR- then same thing today. Yesterday applied $15 DD Credits said after order- could call back to see on getting $15 DD Credits- my order today after DD Credits and 25% discount code was $1.45- Escalation CSR had to get okay to see if could get DD Credits over $1.45- okay'ed for $15- told her I was going to order on the 31st (which is planned Coco's- Prime Rib).
Original CSR gave me reference number and asked me to forward or screenshot the "75% Promo"- I screenshot it and emailed it back to him while he was still on the phone.
Spoke in chat and they only gave me a 15 dollar credit after showing them the screenshot. I said technically I should be able to redeem it twice, and they said to just contact them again next time for the other 15. What the hell?
