I didn't know about this promo, haven't eaten at Taco Bell in almost 3 years. On a whim I stopped off at Taco Bell yesterday evening and got a bunch of assorted burritos. The veggie burrito was pretty good, basically all the vegetable extras that you would have found on their seven layer burritos, plus a few, but no meat. Guac, onions, lettuce, tomato, rice, refried beans, black beans, cheese sauce, shredded cheese, sour cream. It was actually pretty good. šŸ‘

Ok, I'll update it. It does just say $2 burrito, but the link went to the Beefy Melt one. Like you mentioned it likely works for veggie one [tacobell.com] though. Thanks.

It looks like they got rid of the $1 Beefy Burrito on the value menu. šŸ˜«

The Taco Bell near me has closed the dining room on what seems to be a permanent basis because of "staffing issues." I always order via the app to speed things up and there's no way I'm going to sit in a 20-minute drive through line to pick up an order that I used to grab from the to-go shelf in a couple of seconds. I don't even consider ordering from Taco Bell anymore because of that.

Same with two Taco Bells near me and lately they also reduced the business hours due to "staffing issues" and workers are not staying even for couple weeks and every time when I visit, I see someone new who's trying to learn the things and almost every other of my orders were wrong or missing things.
Slowly Taco Bell's turning to be like BK.

The new Fiesta Veggie Burrito is sooooo good. I hated it when they got rid of the 7-layer burrito a couple years ago. It was one of the only meatless options they had and I didn't go to taco bell for a solid year afterwards.
