Laptop 😖
Strix Scar 8750H and 1060… 1x NVME and 1x 2.5"… use for media center/TV gaming and emulators.
My den Legion has 2 NVME, but don't need one for it yet.
Both have enough power for me. I don't want to deal with a desktop and parts… and higher energy/heat, but yes, I'm aware desktops are more customizable and can be much more powerful… and more slots for more stuff.
But it's still SATA though right? Will it be faster?

Because it's QLC. Cheap stuff. It's good if you want to store "write-once" data such as stock video/audio/music samples library, game data etc. Not suitable as a R/W high-throughput storage (e.g. your video-editing projects)
