Very cool deal! I bought them just because they DO NOT STROBE. Why does (almost) every new light have to strobe?
The 1000 lumen flashlight seems decent for the money. Seems like a Lowe's exclusive version of the Coast XP9R which is $50 on their website. I'd buy one if I already didn't have a million good flashlights.

AGREED! I literally have NEVER had a use for the strobe on any of the dozens of flashlights I have owned in my life!

If you can find these 280 lumen Lux-Pro at $5, they're pretty nice too. https://www.lowes.com/pd/Lux-Pro-...1000436187

The included 18650 says it sells for $18 @ B&H (Linky [bhphotovideo.com]) without the flashlight. I am going to get a few for the house. Can't have too many flashlights & rechargeable batteries.

Good info, I didn't realize this was the size of a regular 18650. Capacity seems to be 2600 mAh, which is on the low side but great for the price. The USB C charge port on the side of this battery is handy for folks without a dedicated 18650 charger.

The strobe effect is not a new thing.

Please do not encourage sale of these thong style strapped headlamps LOL... Unless you work with a hardhat. There's plenty of nice Amazon brand headlamps for under $20 that have mich higher lumens and rechargeable
