they must be updating stock - order a pair of 10.5 mens yesterday and they shipped today. They only had black/white and black/gray. Just looked again and they now have gray/red so ordered another pair. For YEARS I bought the 2000 series several times a year then switched to Cumulus and Nimbus. I'm a heavy guy so they all broke down in several months and I was walking on the sides of them practically. Switched to contend last year and they last about the same, but feel just as supportive, and are a LOT less expensive. I know, cheaper to lose weight, but real life is hard.

It was my wife told me it cancelled and I just now went to look. I'd assumed they just went out of stock but the notice says "Buyer asked to cancel." We didn't cancel and one of the colors is still in stock for my size, so I just ordered again :shrug:

I've worn other Asics shoes like the Contend 3 and Venture 5 in size 9, which were fine for me. Is it that this particular Contend 7 model runs smaller than other Asics like the ones I listed or it's your opinion that Asics in general run smaller compared to other brands? Debating whether to go with size 9 or size 9.5.

Anyone know how easy it is to return shoes to the Asics ebay store? The listing says "Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.", but I thought shipping costs for returns on ebay are supposed to be covered by the seller.

Why not just get a high arch support sole (on Amazon or wherever) and you can put it in any shoe? I've done this with all my shoes and will now only buy shoes with a removable sole so I can insert my own. Superfeet makes high end ones, but I just use a generic company off Amazon (walkhero I think).

Asics America cancelled my item today and wrote "buyer asked to cancel". Probably they saw a high demand and just want to sell it for a higher price now (I bought for $31.91). Looks like ebay does not care about such liar sellers. Be aware!
