Are you stuck with Kohl's Cash that's going to expire today? Are you wondering why you keep shopping there? Are you amazed at what percent of Kohl's items are full price at the moment? Well that was me a short while ago.

I noticed a few Oxo Good Grips Pop containers (which I happen to be a fan of) discounted way more than usual, especially given that there's a coupon or two available.

Short Rectangle Container [kohls.com] $11.99 (40% off) OOS
-> 6.75"H x 4.15"W x 6.25"D
-> not available for shipping but in stock in many stores

Big Square Tall Container [kohls.com] $15.99 (47% off)
-> 4.4-qt. capacity
-> 10"H x 6.3"W x 6.3"D
-> available for shipping (free with $75 purchase) and in stock in many stores

Square Short Mini Container [kohls.com] $7.99 (47% off)
-> 6.65"H x 3.1"W x 3.1"D
-> available for shipping (free with $75 purchase) but not in stock in many stores

There could be some more, but those are what come up in my area. The two larger ones especially may be in stock for store pickup, which will create a better deal. There were more in stock very early in the morning when I purchased mine, but they must be going out of stock quickly.

If you're using Kohl's Cash, then the coupons don't really matter - except the $5 off $25 for using store pickup (not ship to store). It'll automatically be available to add to your cart if you qualify, and then the Kohl's Cash comes off after. You can still use the code TAKE20OFF if you spend more than the Kohl's Cash you have. The 20% discount will be taken after the Kohl's Cash.

If you're not using Kohl's Cash, use coupon code TAKE20OFF to get 20% off, making the prices each more than 50% off of retail. Plus you can also get the $5 off $25 incentive if you use store pickup (not ship to store). You can also earn $10 Kohl's Cash for every $50 you spend.

My order (as an example):
2x Short Rectangle Container $23.98
1x Big Square Tall Container $15.99
- $5 off $25 store pickup coupon
- $30 Kohl's Cash
- $1 TAKE20OFF coupon (20% off of the $4.97 remaining)
= $3.97 (plus tax)

If you want to get something and it's not available in your area, remember that Kohl's will offer you free shipping (without the $75 minimum) if you're inside one of their stores.

The TAKE20OFF coupon expires after today, and these prices may expire after today as well. The day changes over at 1am Eastern on the Kohl's site.

I hope this deal helps some of you to get rid of expiring Kohl's Cash or just pick up some quality containers. I know some like them and some don't, but I think they're solid containers and a good option for using up Kohl's Cash when I can't find anything to buy.

Seems like the best places to buy these are stores like HomeGoods, Ross, etc. I think they're usually around $8-12 depending on size. Maybe they're subpar quality or something, but we haven't had any issues with the few we've bought so far.

Sometimes Costco and Macy's put sets on sale that bring them down to $5-6 a piece.

Deal only for non-costco members I guess or someone in an immediate need of this.

Costco runs promotion on their 9 containers set for $47.99 almost every 2-3 months.

I bought 4 packs of the Better Home and Garden containers for my wife and we love them. Walmart has them by me for $30 for 10 containers.
We did have to return 2 boxes due to a cracked container in one and a cracked lid in the other but that's just par for the coarse on plastic containers.

Tbh, I've been very disappointed with my OXO's recently. Starting to crack and some even don't provide a tight seal causing stuff inside to become hard and clumpy.

Unfortunately not all of those sizes are useful.

Anyone know why the Costco versions have different lids than what Oxo sells and if there's a quality difference?

Lots of places have this deal today, including Bed Bath and Beyond, Macy's, etc.

I do think the deal is good for those searching for bigger sizes...those packs always stick me with too many smalls when I really just need more larges (for all my Costco items 😂)

I would not use Kohls cash for the items accept the coupon unless you do not have anything to buy. If you use kohls cash with coupon you basically deduct coupon value from Kohls cash. So you are not using the full value. I always use it on items that won't accept coupons (branded items or Toys).

Costco sells Softworks and most other retailers (like the one posted here) sell Good Grips. Oxo has said that they function the same. They are different though and these are the differences that I've noticed between the two:

1. The lids are different and the seals are constructed differently. The Softworks has what I would describe as a thinner seal and the Good Grips has what I would describe as a thicker seal. It's easier to see if you look at photos of each.

2. The top buttons are different. Softworks have square button and Good Grips have round buttons.

3. Softworks use thinner plastic compared to Good Grips.

I have both Softworks and Good Grips containers. Good Grips feel heavier duty compared to Soft Works, but they both function the same for me. The Softworks tend to be quite a bit less expensive than Good Grips and as others have said, Costco regularly runs coupons on a 9 piece set.

Also, if you ever have one where the button gets stuck, don't throw it away. You can pull it apart to fix it. My niece was trying to be helpful and used her tiny fist with She-Ra power and jammed the button. I thought it was broken, but was able to pull it apart and bend the spring back into place. Just thought I'd share for anyone who might be in a similar situation in the future.

Thanks, Op. Had $45 KC to burn and couldn't find anything worthwhile. Got the large and 4 minis for free.
