Coca-Cola.com Offers FAQ, (Formerly My Coke Rewards [MCR]):

- How may I contact them?- When does the promotion end?

There is no specific end date for the program.

- Inactivity

Each particular Coke promotion may have its own activity clause.

- Participating Products:
Barq's, Coke, Coke Zero, Dasani, Diet Coke, Fanta, Fresca, Mellow Yellow, Minute Maid Lemonade, Pibb, Sprite, Seagram's, Tab. (Powerade & Zero & Minute Maid Juices in the big black caps no longer have UTC codes.)

- Values:
Point values per code are no more, All codes are equal value, but check promotion. Check packaging for a MyCokeRewards Label! Not all Coke packages have the MCR logo, (i.e. 6-pack w/glass bottles).
However, in Coke's Give Program to schools, codes still have different values to school donations, see wiki below!

- List of Accepted MCR Letter & Number Code Characters & Character Substition

There are 25 total characters, (letters or numbers only), that are accepted in 14-character MCR codes, (out of 36 available, A-Z, and 1-0). Five of the characters may also be input as substitutions for other similar-looking characters. Either upper- or lower-case letters are accepted. The available characters are:

Letters: B F H J K L M N P R T V W X (No C D E G* I O* Q S* U* Y Z)
Numbers: 4 5 6 7 9 0 (No 1 2 3 8*)

* The five accepted substitute characters for similar-looking characters:
  • B = 8
  • V = U
  • 5 = S
  • 6 = G
  • 0 = O (Zero, '0', is the officially accepted character according to MCR error messages; letter 'O' is the substitute.)

I have found I have to log out, then log in and I can play with out seeing the unknown error.
It does not like you to have previous credentials for whatever reason.

You're welcome. I emailed Coke about my missing movie pass package and all they replied in a response email was a link to a PDF, titled "example". But it was all there.

Wave Did any of you try playing week 6 on the last and final day only to find the game missing from the site? Both our accounts' game was missing. There was no page to enter. I got up to play about 6 A.M. EDT and off and on but the entry page was never there. We both emailed and my reply from them showed they didn't even read my email because they gave me the canned reply about it takes 2-4 weeks to get your reward. I had to email back and clarify and reiterate I couldn't even play due to the missing entry page. They said they would get back to me. Nothing since. My hubs received a better more sincere sounding reply but he's not heard back either.
I figured I'd ask here on the thread.

yes I noticed the same thing when I woke up at 7am the game was missing from the app so it ended early, it was there at midnight eastern time though

Thank you! I kept waiting for others that day to post it was happening to them and even asked on the thread but nobody replied. I thought surely we 2 in our household couldn't be the only ones that happened to. I don't see how they can end it 6 hours early especially on the final day of the once a week entry. Daily maybe but x1 a week they knew ppl would enter the final day. That's sleazy especially by a large corporation like Coke. 😳

It's _possible_ they were being too clever for their own good: people reported the promo disappearing from the app once they'd played week 6 (which makes sense, but not something I've heard 'em do before). Similarly, maybe, just maybe they pulled the promo entirely when there were no more prizes (though I didn't see anything about that in the rules). Back to the "too clever for themselves" maybe even if they were out of prizes they shoulda kept the entries going no matter there was nothing to be won :]

Yes, I'd seen ppl saying throughout the week that once played the promo disappeared. It was there the eve before and weirdly they had also sent a text message on the phone reminder to play because it was to be ending. Them pulling the prizes once gone makes sense except that would mean they ran out somewhere after midnight but before 6 A.M. leaving at least 6 plus hours they should've had enough prizes for. I mean by that, that would mean their calculations were badly off as to when they would run out vs what they allotted for at the start of the game or they allowed for their own ppl to steal somehow. Idk.
Could you imagine if the whole world ran like that? Though looking at our woke airlines we are pretty far down that road already, it seems! EEK! Thanks for your input! hug
