Coca-Cola.com Offers FAQ, (Formerly My Coke Rewards [MCR]):

- How may I contact them?- When does the promotion end?

There is no specific end date for the program.

- Inactivity

Each particular Coke promotion may have its own activity clause.

- Participating Products:
Barq's, Coke, Coke Zero, Dasani, Diet Coke, Fanta, Fresca, Mellow Yellow, Minute Maid Lemonade, Pibb, Sprite, Seagram's, Tab. (Powerade & Zero & Minute Maid Juices in the big black caps no longer have UTC codes.)

- Values:
Point values per code are no more, All codes are equal value, but check promotion. Check packaging for a MyCokeRewards Label! Not all Coke packages have the MCR logo, (i.e. 6-pack w/glass bottles).
However, in Coke's Give Program to schools, codes still have different values to school donations, see wiki below!

- List of Accepted MCR Letter & Number Code Characters & Character Substition

There are 25 total characters, (letters or numbers only), that are accepted in 14-character MCR codes, (out of 36 available, A-Z, and 1-0). Five of the characters may also be input as substitutions for other similar-looking characters. Either upper- or lower-case letters are accepted. The available characters are:

Letters: B F H J K L M N P R T V W X (No C D E G* I O* Q S* U* Y Z)
Numbers: 4 5 6 7 9 0 (No 1 2 3 8*)

* The five accepted substitute characters for similar-looking characters:
  • B = 8
  • V = U
  • 5 = S
  • 6 = G
  • 0 = O (Zero, '0', is the officially accepted character according to MCR error messages; letter 'O' is the substitute.)

Update - I tried using a device other than my iPhone (Safari browser) and entry seems to be working for now. My suggestion would be to use a different device for the web-based entry if you're encountering error messages. It seems they may have upped the security for us individual entry people while the tech-savvy bot folks are still gaming the system.

If you're using an IPhone Safari go to settings, select IPhone, select request desktop website by moving the all websites slider bar. I used this work around for the Starbucks sweeps because I use my IPhone almost exclusively.

Anyone else stuck on the same percentage for the +one Rewards level in app?

Two devices, separate accounts have tried by entering the hockey sweepstakes, Beetlejuice Fanta and the Afterlife Train VR in the app yet Visits % is still the same. This is the second week in a row where it has not increased. I am close to achieving Sparkling status but not if I don't get the normal 14% increase this week.
Anyone have any tips or what am I missing? Thank you.

From an informal poll of a handful of people who use the plus one app it looks like, with daily app interaction, Fizz to Bubble takes 10-14 days; Bubble to Sparkling takes anywhere from 24 days to, get this, 4.5 months. Yes, w/ daily app interaction :] Some of this is influenced by the timing of promo releases -- usually there's some sort of shakeup around release time, with people being moved forward, or even back :]

Related, so far getting to Spakling isn't any windfall: its prizes have been amc-beverage/popcorn, amc-beverage/ticket, amc-2_tickets

My suggestion: interact with the app a few times a week; if you can, click through all sections including clicking the "explore" and "learn more" buttons; keep in mind the vagaries of coke programming, and don't sweat it -- it happens whenever it happens. Good luck :]

Same here Wink Been trying the +ONE for over a month now and nothing, for so many thousands of prizes there should been tons of winners. I don't think I have seen a single person win anywhere after the 2nd - 3rd day of the contest. Shame how unfair coke has gotten and they cannot make a simple security upgrade where regular people cannot even win anymore at this point almost any promo now.
