FYI - this doesn't come with an AC adapter. So the USB cable needs to be plugged into a spare adapter or something else that can charge via USB (e.g. computer).

Also, the inflated retail price is $29.99.

Research - has to do with battery heating up. Over the entire life span of the batteries, they will last longer if they have less heat/stress.
Edit: cord vs wireless charging. Cord can get the battery hotter than wireless charging.

I doubt you can tell through touch how much heat is too much for a battery. Heat is a natural by product of the electrical process.

They sent 1 instead of 3.

Call the phone number on the receipt. 1 call goes to wrong department until they disconnected hah.

2nd on kind of correct but the lady said to go to att store. I went thwre and the manager was rude (i asked politely). " i do want to givenyou free and lose money. After 3 day someobe call me from att to confirm and send overnight for 2. Missing chargers. W

Total call hours were 5 hours plus 30 minutes at att store ( with rude manager. Hey I asked politely and asking help)

Beware of this if you are not an actual ATT customer. Though you can purchase as a guess if you have any issues, their customer service is next to useless. Ordered 3 they shipped one had to go through hours of being bounced around to get someone who could make it right for them to repeat the mistake in the attempt to correct it. Feel sorry for their customers if that's the level of service standard they are held to. (Rant done) Bottom line.... be careful if you are not an actual carrier customer and you order these accessories. Aside from that the charger are decent from a performance stance. 🙄

Well actuallu the same situation as att customer . But there is a shortcut by having att account . Cust service would mostly ask to go to att store🤣.but if you ask politely. They would transfer to department that handlibg lost/stolen .

If anyone is in San Jose area, I am offering mine up for $6. Else I am returning mine. Don't see value in this wireless charging. it needs to be stuck to a pad! Rather just use a USB cord.

Right, this is mostly for the lazies to use a cord, or for those how got their USB port defective on the phone and can not attach the cord anymore.

This is good for overnight charging on the nightstand without fumbling with cords during alarms and such. Of course, corded is the way to go if you are active with your phone while needing a charge.

I'm trying to charge my Motorola Ace 5G, but red light keeps blinking after placing the phone on wireless pad? Can anyone suggest if its charging my phone or not? It seems that its not working for some reason.

It looks like Motorola One 5G Ace doesn't have wireless charging capability according to its specs on Bestbuy site:
