Stay there... you will need to make 5 times what people in other parts of the USA make for the same style of living that is absent of your ghetto cities. You are on the dole and we both know it, whereas $5 is chump change you probably don't even have.... lol
Incorrect again, your speciality. The only really big cost difference (at least for me) is real estate and already have that; oh look it's climbing again, probably up 20k since your 1st ignorant post; gonna be a hot spring for that CaLiFoRniA ExOdUs you probably regurgitate on daily. Hey, a broken clock is right twice a day, keep trying...

So now I'm unemployed but need to make 5x nat per capita income to thrive (currently at 15x)? So which is it... Perhaps better pick your lane of denial? 👀 🍿

Re ghetto, my town crime rate is 75% less than nat average & it is simply gorgeous out today. COPE. Flex

I was also there for two years and once out of the cities, it was nice, but still felt like I was in rural China. People tend to vote for who will give them the most taken/taxed from someone else through so called 'democracy' that did not exist until the 19th Amendment (Black males got the right to vote before women that are arguably half the population), or they vote for who will take the least ---which is now about 60/40 in CA. At the moment, CA has at least 51% parasites (closer to 60%), while the responsible productive paying for it all, are taking their toys and moving elsewhere. Some people like, even need to be controlled, but when living on the dole, there is no other option for them... unless rioting and pillaging for any reason is considered some normality.
Beyond your word salad gibberish, you keep talking about paying federal taxes taxes taxes (which again > half country doesn't pay) as a good thing which a. Makes you more socialist than you probably think & b. ironic because you assuredly pay very little and suspect Biden's tax plan won't adversely impact you. The full punch line gonna hit when you nut up & share city/state you actually live. Until then, may CA stay rent free in your mind. 👀 🍿

Yes, because California law requires non-replaceable 10 year batteries. I purchased a bunch from Costco when I did my earthquake retrofit last year and already 2 started chirping and would not stop and you cannot take out the battery to replace it. So the failure rate is pretty high in my book..... Less than 1 year of a 10 year product. One I could not turn off so I had to literally smash it open so I could disconnect the connection to the lithium ion battery.

For California and all of its eco friendly policies, this is going into the landfill or needs to be recycled somewhere. A real waste. And I really support repair, reuse, etc. policies so this is not against the policy, but rather the product and the inability to replace the battery or repair and reuse.
I always hear that the sensors only work for 10 or so years and need to be trashed anyway. I agree seems very wasteful.
