Samsung Note20 Latest Update Jan 2022 Bugs

I updated a few days ago and now I get nonstop notification sounds. I have most notifications set to silent but I'm still getting a notification sound. It's also making ghost notifications (making notification sound but no actual notification) I called cs and they suggested clearing the cache in safe mode, which I did, but it didn't work. Then they said to reset my phone to factory defaults but I'd lose all of my notification sounds, ringtones & all other settings. I'd be basically starting from scratch which would take most of a day it get it the way I want it. CS didn't seem very interested in reporting the bug to developers. Anyone else having issues?
