I have tried using both Windscribe and Express VPN in Turkey.
With VPN ON I get "Unecxpected Error"
With VPN OFF I get "Different Region" error.
I also tried using the App as others have suggested both on/off VPN. No luck.
Now I have an extra account with Gold in Turkey for three years. Useless.
