Slickdeals and Dell are grifting winners! ---- [Solved]

I won 100% cashback offerdrop at Dell up to $200, so I bought a tablet. The extension showed "100% cashback activated". Days later there is no pending in the rewards account so I open a slickdeals ticket. After a lot of back and forth the CH support agent said:
"We are reaching out to inform you we received the requested data from the merchant. The transaction was credited to another affiliate and not attributed to Slickdeals. Unfortunately, this means we will not be applying reward points to your account for this purchase. The merchant will not provide us with full details of the transaction, therefore we cannot provide information as to where the order was credited to."
I did not use any other cashback service(urlhasbeenblocked/honey/etc) - never even installed another extension. I did chat with a dell agent about expected delivery, but I dont think that would affect the affiliate link.
