They requested i call them. I don't have access to a phone during their business hours.
so I've been emailing them back and forth several times. Finally got a return shipping label to drop off at FedEx.
Initially I didn't mind for a replacement as long as they could guarantee I wouldn't get another unit with chemicals in it. Realistically, they probably don't know the condition it is in either, so I asked for a refund instead.

Overall I would use this vendor to buy reconditioned tools again. It was not a perfect experience, but they made it right in the end.
