The PSA Dagger 9mm (Glock 19 clone) sells out fast as a completed gun, and with the exception of the stock trigger, has received high praise for a $300 handgun.

Currently, the serialized frame, which requires an FFL transfer, is available as a completed frame for $100, without the trigger assembly for $80, and without any portion of the fire control group for $70. In addition, there are many completed slides, minus the barrel, available for anywhere from$120 to $180.

As an example, you can purchase the frame without the trigger for $80 and a completed slide (with an RMR cut and suppressor height night sights) for another $180. That's $260 and all that is needed is a barrel and trigger. Both can be sourced elsewhere for less than $100. So, $360 for a G19 clone with an RMR milled slide and suppressor night sights for $360. I can't find any other manufactured gun with similar characteristics for less than $500. Go with a threaded barrel and a quality trigger assembly and it would still be well under $500.

The frame is serialized and requires a background check, so it is NOT a "ghost gun."

Yeah, I tried to post to the appropriate sub forum, but the mobile app didn't do it correctly. So, TDs from the gun confiscators until it gets moved to the correct forum. I even edited the category after I posted to see if it would move automatically. But it didn't.

Did SD also remove a link, or did you not put one in?

Maybe. I added it back in, as the subject populated from the link. https://palmettostatearmory.com/p...agger.html

Not that I'm aware of. Shipping for a slide for me was $8.50 and a frame was shipped for free to my FFL.

Also curious, you mentioned not a ghost gun, does SD have a policy against deals on 80% parts?

I got in on that deal from Black Friday on the polymer 80 frame and slides. Hard to beat $287.48 all in on a glock-off 😁

I only mentioned that in reference to the pending ATF "ghost gun" rule that will surely be challenged once it's attempt to ban self-made guns goes into effect.

Not happy the Glock holsters don't work well with the Dagger. Got rid of mine because of that.

With regard to the Dagger slides with the 1/3 cowitness sights, the Dagger fit fine in my N82 Tactical IWB Professional (Gen 1) holster. My holster is left over from my days of owning a G26.

Finally was able to put 100 rounds of cheap Blazer aluminum through my Dagger. I purchased the slide without the barrel, and the frame without the trigger. I used one of the Combat Armory G19 threaded barrels and an OEM G19 trigger that I polished. I also applied some Glow On paint to the all black sights since my old eyes have a problem with all black iron sights. Anyway, the only issue I ran into was that the slide didn't go into battery on the very first round and I had to bump the back of the slide to get it into battery. After that, the weapon and barrel functioned great. Accuracy seemed good, especially since I was using cheap aluminum cased ammo. I blame the ammo for that initial hiccup. I also used an OEM Glock magazine. This weapon seems to be a great deal!

Not unless you have parents, grandparents, or kids out of state who can do an intra-familial transfer to you.
