As a dad, you should know to have a shopping email address and a professional / non-spam / adult email address. Keep them separate. Don't sign up with things that that you don't want stuff sent to it cluttering it up.
My email addresses;
professional
alternative working stuff
hobby 1 Hunting / outdoors stuff
hobby 2 Photography
hobby 3 Games / mobile & console
shopping
Keep a text of email name, passwords, security questions and answers on your phone, local or cloud storage.
My address from 22+ years ago gets all my shopping and spam stuff. My adult / working email address gets important stuff only. It has no problems with junk email.
Keep commercial doctor practices that like to spam a lot to a secondary email if it gets to be too much. My main doctor office only sends out stuff occasionally. Otherwise, keep it to government stuff, financial, job replies and specific needs to be seen or take action daily emails.

I went there to find a link for you but wouldn't you know it, they no longer sell it! Seems it was lost in the Cabela's merge :/
That store is, though, in my opinion, an excellent place to buy cargo pants. Lots of selection. Or at least used to be. Haven't been inside a physical store in 3 or 4 years.
