Probably not. It is 1/4" drive. Typically you should use 1/2" drive and impact sockets for Lug Nut removal and finger tighten on installation then use a Torque Wrench for final tightening to recommended specs. These 1/4" Impact Drivers are designed for Decking applications.

This deal has been posted a few times in recent days/ weeks. It is the same deal that expires at the end of February but goes in and out of stock. It went out of stock on me while in my cart, but a week later was available for ship to store again. If it happens to you just leave it in your cart and check it daily until it is available to ship again.

Scroll down a bit and where it says "frequently bought together" and uncheck the other 2 items. This brought the total for 39 for me and it was initially showing me 49 aswell.

You 'could' use this as a drill. You'll have to buy hex shanked drill bits, whuich generally cost more than 'normal' drill bits. https://www.homedepot.com/s/hex%2...its?NCNI-5

Buy a drill. A drill is a universal tool. This driver is for screwing screws.

Another option would be to buy a drill chuck adapter.

Or he could just use the right tool for the job, and get a drill to drill holes.
