I've had a few Norelcos and other brands and, for me, Panasonic is the winner, no question. I can't remember the first model I had, but it was a low-end Panasonic, and it was good. Upgraded to an Arc 3 eventually, and I was blown away by how much better it was than everything else I'd tried. I like the Arc 4 even better but both are very capable, and I'd take either over anything else. Those two are probably a combined 8 years old, maybe - not sure, because they've lasted a while. I get up to 2 years on foils/blades because I don't shave daily.

I agree, norelco's never worked and lasted for me. Panasonic is the winner for me,

Yeah, I had a few Norelcos, and preferred them to the Bruan and Wahls I tried, but my first Panny was a winner and the Arc line blew me away.

Anyone else have issues with delivery? Mine was supposed to be delivered same day within a couple hours. Didn't get it yesterday and the message on the order says to contact Amazon for the next steps.

I contacted them and the CSR says it was lost in transit and all they can do it issue a refund. I don't want a refund since I can't reorder it and it's twice a much now. It was supposed to be delivered by Amazon, so there is no carrier contact. Wth?

It happens. Could be they ran out of stock and it's just easier to say it was "lost".

Mine was supposed to be delivered today although it does not even show shipped yet. I'm wondering if they figured that they sold them too cheap and that they are not going ship any of them.

I had to cancel and reorder it and go through multiple reps to agree to match the original price. It was a pain. I would have waited if it was just delayed but they marked it as lost and had no idea where it was. Amazon delivery is not good at tracking their own deliveries.

That happened to me recently so i reordered it and then they ended up eventually sending out the original order. It was only a $5 toy so i kept both of them.

They told me it was lost, refunded the money but when I checked the tracking number they marked it as customer refused delivery….so no chance of getting two.
