Costco B&M has English Laundry Men's 5 Pocket Pants on clearance for $5.00. Not every store will have stock. Sign in store says $9.97, but rings up at $5.00. Picked up three at Teterboro, NJ Store. Only size 38 were left in 3-4 different colors. SKU # 1529173.
Bought this at full price, months ago. They wash well and are super comfortable.

English Laundry is hands down my favorite clothes designer. Their stuff skirts a line between business casual, dress, and leisurewear. However these pants aren't the best- I think they were custom made for Costco and are no where near the quality of their previous brand offerings. They're made of a thin broadcloth that wrinkles and creases very easily. If you find English Laundry clothes at places like Nordstrom or even TJ Maxx and compare, you'll see what I mean.

Normally EL stuff sells out at Costco, might be a reason they have this stuff on clearance.

Nice Deal OP. Dang! Wish I saw this yesterday. I was right next to the Teterboro Costco last night and sadly I can use those 38 waist pants.

Hum... is it worth braving Costco the day before a northeaster for some pants. Decisions decisions...

If you feel like getting the pants and about $300 worth of other stuff…you can never get just one thing there… at least I can't.

We have prob 10 pairs of these EL pants here split between sons and dad. There are two "styles". One called Deck with item number 1554253. The other is Oaklum 1529173. The latter has a slightly tighter leg. I actually held them up together bc they fit differently. The Decks were more straight leg and Oaklum more slim leg. The ones linked are neither, according to the item number. But the clearance ones would be bc the last pairs I got were prob $10 on clearance and I got both styles that day. True to size too.

Love my EL pants from the last time Costco did a sale.
Yes, what others say is true: they wrinkle like crazy and they're uber thin, but I think I got 5 pairs at around $5 each. Great bargain imo. The extra pocket is a nice to have for sure.

Gonna go try to find these today.

Paid much higher price and still happy with these pants - very stylish and slim fitting. Brown color is the best choice.

Another +! for these pants, they have been a go to for me now that our office runs between casual/business casual since the pandemic. I'm not a jeans or khaki person so this helps bridge that gap for me and they are Really great for hot humid environments.

They do wrinkle, but the fabric relaxes really easy, I just hang them in the shower with me.

I agree. The brown is a nice caramel color. Next I like the gray, which are like a light black (very dark gray). Like green the least. But have all three.
