Their website is coded to mark any item 70% off or more as final sale, whether they mark it down or whether you achieve 70% off by using coupons.
There was a deal posted somewhere not long ago, not sure if it was on SD or elsewhere, with a bunch of stacking coupons that resulted in a huge discount.
After I applied all the coupons, every item in my cart was changed to "final sale" automatically. When I removed some of the coupons, "final sale" disappeared. They only displayed that when using their own checkout, but when using Shoprunner checkout, nothing was marked as final sale.
My order was canceled, so I never got to test if I'd be able to return with shoprunner, but if you use shoprunner and they don't show "final sale" for anything, I'd take screenshots as proof.
That being said, it seems like Brooks Brothers customer service has gone downhill, so it honestly might not be worth the hassle. I emailed their CS after they canceled my order and never got a response.
Brooks Brothers is a shell of what it was but that podcast is pretty wild, dark roots.

They probably went belly up years ago and sold the name to a clothing manufacturer in Bangladesh. That's what's happens.

Anyway my puffer jacket got lost a few weeks back I guess it would be sufficient for North Texas Winter.
BTW, not sure there will be BB logo on both sides or just one side.
Also, I noticed puffer style is on one side only.
Let's see if I totally detest I will return in store.
I have a soprunner account but never used it... how do I link/check out on shoprunner from the BB site
