It should be criminal to build a tv with just 2 HDMI ports
Actually, at Sam's Club it's $1097.99 (and additional 2% back for Plus member, and 1% cash back site for another $33 off, in addition to credit card cash back) ...I ordered one earlier today. Be sure to check shipping date, mine wouldn't arrive until 2/16 or I could pick up today. I decided to just pick it up.

Also, with the exception of an open-box item, Best Buy didn't even show in stock anywhere within 250 miles for me ... and I'm in a huge market. So I'm really glad I bought before you posted LOL!

Oh, and 4-year additional warranty is $129 at Sam's Club vs. 2-year for $155, or 5 year for $250 at Best Buy.
The 75" is $850. The jump from 65->75 is much larger on both an actual and % basis in terms of screen area than the jump from 75->82.

Says tv is 72" wide. My entertainment center opening is only 71". Damn first world problems. Looking to replace my 70" 1080p tv. A 77" lord will fit but don't think it'll be bright enough for the room.

Anyway thanks for listening.
I had a similar problem, but realized that I could (only with certain stands) actually have the TV stick outside (in front of) the entertainment center opening, enough such that the stand doesn't hang off. I have about half an inch extra room, and it fits perfectly without having to worry about swapping entertainment centers.

Are there ways to set this 99lbs monster up on a table (or mount it on a wall) without the help of another person?
Yes! I mounted the LG 86" by myself on the wall. I used a height adjustable work table from Home Depot. The TV is so big that when you lower the table it's easy to put a corner side of the box on it and push it from the other side. Slide it to the center and use the desk to lift it on the wall. (Do this with the desk positioned where your mounting it and everything already attached). Then I gently pushed on the front of the TV and lowered it in place for the mount to latch. YMMV

I wouldn't even try it. When I helped my dad wall mount his TV it was pretty sketchy and difficult with two 6'2" 250 lb men just because the bezels are so thin and you really don't want to be putting any pressure on the panel. It's just an awkward thing to try to lift carefully. I removed my wall mounted 60" TV and it's half the weight and I struggled, my wingspan was hardly enough.
Thanks. I'd stay away from trying to do this alone the raw strength way given the awkward shape.

I can't agree with this hard enough, I guess that's one way to cut costs.

I dont think it saves them more than a couple of pennies. They do it to remind you that you are buying their cheap model.
