Anyone needing a number, Ting mobile Sim is usually $1 each so don't buy a phone# from these people. Bestbuy allows max of 3 and Target allows max of 2. Buy ahead of time and activate when you need a phone#, with $30credit you shouldn't have to pay a thing if porting out in less than a day or 2

$15/month in total for all 5 lines. They share the 1GB of data.
Keep in mind, there was a promo as well where if you sign up for their internet plan, they gave you up to $30/month off their promo rate of internet with xfinity mobile. In my case, that would be $19/mo for 300mbps internet. Then $200/line byod. On top of that, if you get a referral link and buy both services, you can get $75 back as well. I know someone that can refer 😉 I used a referral when I signed up and did get the gift card.

Ie: port 3 lines: bonus $600, sign up for the 300mbps internet as new customer, $30x24 for $720 discount, plus referral of $75.

Good question that I'd like to know the answer to, as well.

For my case, I am the referee and don't see any entry on https://xfinityincentivetracker.com/status/. Unclear if using a CB site voided the referral.

hindolam, can you share how long you've had the service for the TextNow # that got ported out to Xfinity Mobile?

Was the TextNow service on a monthly plan instead of the Free Nationwide Talk & Text?
I have had the TextNow for a long time. But recently I bought the $1 deal where it allowed call/text over data with a new number. This was set up in the same account though

Thanks for the reply.

Based on that reply, rephrasing the question: Other than the $0.99 SIM card, have you paid for any TextNow plan since the account was created? IOW, has your TextNow always been free?

That may be a game-changer if TextNow #s from accounts that never had any payment can be ported out.

Did you have to contact Xfinity either through Xfinity chat or https://xfinityincentivetracker.com/status/ help?

Or did the referral reward show up automatically a few weeks after BYOD appeared?

Those that ported from ting - what did you select in the previous carrier drop down? Was it other or t-mobile prepaid or t-mobile?

I chose 'Other'

But I don't think it matter what you choose. Ultimately, there probably is a common gateway for the ports.

I'm facing the same issue - I had 4 lines to Port-in - placed under a single order. (i.e. all 4 SIM Cards we're delivered in a single mail).

I ported them all over in a span of 5 days. The 1st Port-in tracked and showed up in around 3 days from activation, which is even before I ported in my 2nd, 3rd and 4th lines. It's been a week since I activated the other 3 lines, but it has still not shown up in the tracker. Wonder if I was supposed to place the Port-in orders as 4 separate orders - anyone have any idea?

As a separate note, a few weeks ago, I signed up for a new Internet-only line using a referral link from a friend, and then these mobile port-ins using another friend's referral link. I only see one $50 refer a friend card being tracked. Does anyone know if I stand to get separate referral credits for my first Xfinity internet line and my first Xfinity Mobile line? Also, does referral apply for EACH Xfinity mobile line?

TIA.
