Anyone needing a number, Ting mobile Sim is usually $1 each so don't buy a phone# from these people. Bestbuy allows max of 3 and Target allows max of 2. Buy ahead of time and activate when you need a phone#, with $30credit you shouldn't have to pay a thing if porting out in less than a day or 2

Keep in mind, there was a promo as well where if you sign up for their internet plan, they gave you up to $30/month off their promo rate of internet with xfinity mobile. In my case, that would be $19/mo for 300mbps internet. Then $200/line byod. On top of that, if you get a referral link and buy both services, you can get $75 back as well. I know someone that can refer 😉 I used a referral when I signed up and did get the gift card.

Ie: port 3 lines: bonus $600, sign up for the 300mbps internet as new customer, $30x24 for $720 discount, plus referral of $75.

I have two phones on two lines with XM, (old number on old unlocked iPhone, new number on new locked iPhone), can I simply swap the SIMs to change the old number onto new phone? I tried it and it seemed to work, but was told by agent I might run into issues (unreliable service), has anyone done the sim swap? If I have to do the number swap in their system, is it an easy process?

I thought they supposed to process rebate shortly after 90 days of activation. In your case it was 137 days.

I don't know how many days total but yeah, activated 11/15 and gc shipped 3/11. They have been slacking lately.

Terms state:
To qualify for your card, you must maintain your Mobile services and lines associated to the offer for 90 days and keep your account in good standing. The Prepaid Card will be sent within 16-18 weeks of service activation.

So I did this back in November and in February, met all the requirements and said cards would be shipped in 2-4 weeks. IncentiveTracker site said all that. After 4 weeks, no card, so I thought I'd give it a couple more days but one day I checked and the site didn't show my promo anymore. Called into the number and they had to open a ticket which will take another 7-14 business days to get a response. Let's see what happens.

What number did you call. What's your status online ? Mine says pending fulfillment.

I did got $300 card for Internet-Mobile offer. Because I started internet 20 days before signing up for mobile.

but I should also get BYOD for 5 lines $200x5 = $1000.

The number on the incentive tracker site. Mine showed qualified for 4 weeks and then just disappeared which worried me immensely. When I called, the rep was able to see and he opened a ticket so now I'm waiting to hear back.

Mine now shows:

'We've got great news! You've completed all the necessary requirements to qualify for your $600 Prepaid Card for 3 BYO devices. You can expect your Prepaid Card within 6-8 Weeks.'

This is from a Dec-21 activation

How long after qualifying (in this case 4/5) should these arrive realistically?
