Wendy's has an offer in their app for $2 off a purchase of $2 or more between 2 and 5. The offer only shows up during this timeframe. Not valid with any other offers, but it does work with the 4 for $4. I'm I central Wisconsin, so YMMV.

You're late to the party. It's been running for almost a month. I used it on a 4-for-$4 so it was $2+tax. I have no idea how Wendy's stay's in business.

Yeah, the code only works in those hours and often won't even show up outside of those hours. You can probably make the order in those hours and pick up later though.
For me, this offer expires 2/13, so use it quick.
I also use it on the 4/$4 meal. Getting this deal or the free item with purchase (buying a 4/$4) has been my go to fast food deal for the last few months.
RE: the question of how does Wendy's stay in business like this, roll your window down and listen to the person infront on you make their orders. Most people I hear make orders are people just paying full price. The person infront of me paid like $38 for their order just last week.
