Nanoleaf Canvas Lights NOT Connecting

8,743 1,453 February 13, 2022 at 08:38 AM
I am having major trouble trying to get a set of Nanoleaf Canvas Lights to connect. I restarted the phone and router, but that didnt help. the phone with app is connecting to the Canvas controller light panel as the panel blinks blue and red. i believe the problem is with the Canvas controller light panel joining the wifi network. From what i read online a lot of people are having problems with getting the Canvas to connect.

so, after reading all the trouble people are having online and talking about bad controllers, i decided that its best to just return and get my money back. *snap*

Do you have your 2.4 and 5 GHZ channels with the same SSID that is usually where the issue comes up. Solutions are turning off the 5GHZ while paring, moving the device far enough away that 5 GHZ is too weak or splitting your 2.4 and 5 GHz into separate SSIDs.
