Sorry for the convoluted title 
I saw this ad pop up on Facebook. Unfortunately , there was not a direct link for the offer. Rather you entered your phone number in the ad, and then they texted you a link to upload a receipt , and then promised to pay out within 5 minutes via Venmo.
I have personally tried these, and can vouch they are not terrible lol. However, I am not very picky when it comes to vegetarian chicken nuggets, as I have yet to find one I do not like. And it is a no risk way to try them out.
To submit the rebate, simply text anything (I tested it out on my google voice number and texted the word 'test' ) to (267) 376-8447. Within a minute or so, they will send you a text that you reply to with a picture of your receipt. They claim they will send you a full refund via Venmo within 5 minutes. I am not sure if that is true or not, and I plan to try it out tomorrow when I can make it to the store. At the very least, you can return the nuggets if they do not honor the refund for whatever reason.
