Can not warn people off this deal hard enough. Woot is not a reputable seller since being run by Amazon. You're not buying "from Amazon" or "from woot". You're essentially buying items drop shipped from an invisible Amazon third party seller but with worse customer service and returns policies.

This specific deal keeps coming back over and over. It's not a deal, it's just the price that these fakes are. I've bought from this deal in the past (Costas and Ray Bans) and they're fakes. Woot gave me a partial refund when I pointed out to their support that they're fakes, so they're not exactly denying it even. They're good quality fakes (the glass lenses are glass for instance) but don't buy these thinking it's a great deal on real ones. Go in knowing that this is a potentially okay price on decent quality fakes from a mysterious seller.
Woot is a trash company. I'd never order from them again. Horrible customer service.
Man thanks for the info. It's so darn hard to get name brand Eyewear for a cheaper price. Full price is exorbitant and discounted ones are fake. I guess till I find one at a good price, I'll have to stick to no name ones.

I appreciate these deals - been eyeballing some costas for some time but concerned about fit. These can only be return without return fees due to defects, correct?

Also, I recall someone mentioning about fakes - how can you tell on that or be assured these arent fakes?

most of these are on amazon for just slightly more - I purchased there for easier returns should I need to.

All polarized:

You may have to play around with different frames/lenses to find those on sale
ex: whitetip green 580g $99 (amazon is seller)

I appreciate you may have had a bad experience but I've had the opposite. Just sharing the flip side. I've bought glasses from woot (other things over the years starting pre-Amazon) and have never had an issue with the product or the CS. I just purchased my 2nd pair of CDM Rincons as the price is great. I compared the first pair to a pair at sunglass hut and they were identical. Again not doubting your experience just offering another.

So I grabbed a pair of plastic CDMs from the last "sale" ~$70. I currently have 6 pairs of Oakley (some sunglass hut, some not), x1 Nike, and x1 LL Bean/Smith's I believe. The lenses on the CDMs are far superior than just about any from Oakley I've tried on in stores (reputable). Oakley's Prism lenses would be the closest in clarity - obviously my opinion. VERY happy I gave them a try. If they are fakes, I love my fakes.

I've had good luck with eyedictive.com . They only have a few styles at a time though, and usually not ones I care for. Once in a while a good one pops up though, and mine shipped directly from a luxotica warehouse return address, so no worries about legitimacy in my experience.

Just checked there, and these look like good glasses if you like the style and are okay with photochomic (like Transitions) glass lenses: https://eyedictive.com/product/serengeti-anteo-polarized-photochromic-soft-square/

Yup, I was also fine with the fakes they sent at the lower price they offered, which is why I kept them rather than return them. I just wish they were upfront and sold them as good replicas rather than claiming they're the real thing.

I've read that the fakes have "580" printed, not etched, onto the lens (this is up in the corner of all Costa glasses). The real ones are etched. I bought Costas from Amazon and they're terrific. Like having x ray vision when fly fishing... If you buy plastic lenses the etching will say 580P, glass will just say 580.

Probably genuine, but knowing Woot you'll probably get a broken pair or the wrong pair. After about 10 Woot orders over the years, I think like two of mine have been without one issue or another. It took me too long to learn but I've given up now.

The Echo with no cord was annoying but they told me to keep it - ended up costing me almost as much to get a cord. The popup canopy that was a completely different brand and build quality than advertised was worse. They said send it back (which would have been a big hassle, and wouldn't haven't helped me in terms of when I needed it), or take like 5% back, which was a joke. The "large" t-shirts that were more like Smalls than even Mediums were hilarious, at least for the two people who saw me try one on. I could go on, but you stopped reading by now anyway, so I can say nonsense like applesauce gorillas ride parade floats, and no one will notice.

Um, you can't advertize/sell "replicas" with infringing logos, etc. If someone even slightly reputable is going to sell fakes, they're not going to tell you. Copying a style is another story, of course.

A few of these are the harder to find AF fit frames. Thanks for posting.
