I bought this for my 1.5 year old on Christmas. I charged it once on Christmas Eve and the battery holds a charge just fine for me. He's used it a total of maybe 3-4 hours since then, 15 minutes here and there. Still running of that first charge. Works great outside but not so much on tile flooring. Only one wheel is attached to the motor, I think the back left one. As far as the sturdiness, nothings broken on it and he can be rough. The damn side mirrors have jacked up my shins a few times 😂 I would recommend this for small kids but sometimes he rocks back in forth while driving hoping it would go faster.

That's the most Audi-like Batmobile I've seen. Must've had Tony Stark design it.

I have done two of these builds so far one on a 12v jeep and another on a 6v Dodge Viper. I'm currently adding lights to the viper. Very easy to do. I run dewalt batteries so I use the usb dewalt power source. I just checked Amazon on the one I bought and it was not listed anymore… maybe a supply chain issue?
Don't forget about buying the battery adapter for the specific battery you want to run...Dewalt, Mikwaukee, Ryobi, etc....

My kid has a 6v Audi TT roadster....I converted it to a dual 24v motors with an electronic speed control operated by a potentiometer pedal. I ran a Ryobi 40v battery. The thing went from 1mph to about 10mph. You can find all the parts on Amazon. Many of these ride on cars has interchangable parts so you can easily do a conversion.

Words of advice buy a 12v car, add a voltage regulator, then run your tool batteries. All of the cars I've been through have worthless batteries from the start.

Spend the 50 bucks to run tool batteries. Plus it's super fun to dial up the juice
Are there any instructions on this?

I did nearly this exact thing.

I also added a low voltage cutoff to the battery side in order to avoid over discharging the M18 batteries. (I don't think they have built in cutoff, I believe that is in the tool)

Thats what I did, got a an old power wheels jeep. I painted and wired it up to run of dewalt batteries. Also added an rc kit. My daughter loves it.

My stepfather paints cars for a living and that's what he has done for our kids. He bought a Barbie power wheels jeep off marketplace for 40 bucks then took it in the shop and made it a custom Baltimore Ravens jeep for my boys. Only giveaway is the pink seat belts. He did another jeep for our daughter in a dusty pink with the prismatic finish and stenciled her name on the lisence plate. My kids loved them.
