From what I gather, the effect is cumulative (besides if the electronics in question even run, some UPS aren't *programmed* to deal with it, and it IS just programming in most cases), but that timeframe might be so long that it's a moot point. E.g. if you're using this as a backup generator, but "sensitive electronics" need to be run on it for 1000 hours (~42 days, just picking some number here) for there to be some real chance the high THD would damage them, you'll basically never reach that point.
I'm just trying to determine how much of the discussion is more marketing than science.
Gas/Propane generators will be cheaper per wh, this has 3x+ the wh, and will run longer at a higher wh than the Delta Pro. Not knocking the battery "generator" but they are 2 different things.
With any of these, one should know their expected wh needs and how one will refill (gas/propane/charge) their "generator" in case of an extended time without power.

For people that own, if you are going much bigger than 5kw, just get a regular, non portable genny. Sure the upfront cost is a bit more, but it adds value to the property and makes much more sense.
