T-Mobile phones that are locked will work on any mnvo that uses T-Mobile towers. I got a few of the Oneplus 8 and they all got unlocked in seconds after connecting to WiFi and requesting an unlock in the settings.

Buyers Be Aware: According to AT&T [att.com], as of last month the T-Mobile version of the OnePlus 8T (KB2007) won't work on ANY network band, 4g or 5g., regardless of whether you've unlocked it.

My understanding is the IMEI numbers of that version aren't whitelisted by AT&T after the 3g network was shut down, but there are ways around it.

That method didn't work with the 8T model IIRC. Some SDers bought both and returned the 8T because of that.

Although since it's paid in full, probably can be unlocked from T-Force.

I'd be all over this is someone who bought the 8T last time (TMOBILE version) could confirm they were able to unlock it. I need to be able to use it on an ATT MVNO.

I sent someone on these forums from the previous thread a message to find out if his is still working on an ATT MVNO, i'll update here if he responds. My s9+ and my poco x3 stopped working due to the 3g shutdown and not being on the whitelist but I was able to get both working again through easy methods.
