Prizes and Prize Claims
Nine (9) prizes are available (the "Prizes"). The Prizes consist of:
a. Grand Prize (1 total): Two (2) Sponsor-selected tickets to the 2022 NCAA® Division I Men's Basketball National Championship Game in New Orleans, Louisiana on or about April 4, 2022 (the "Championship Game"), and one (1) $800 prepaid gift card for travel-related expenses. The Grand Prize has an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $1,400. Winner must be able to travel to the Championship Game on or about April 4, 2022, or the winner agrees to forfeit the Grand Prize in its entirety and Sponsor will award the Grand Prize to an alternate winner, time permitting.
b. Second Prize (1 total): Two (2) Sponsor-selected tickets to the 2022 NCAA® Division I Men's Basketball National Semi-Finals Games in New Orleans, Louisiana on or about April 2, 2022 (the "National Semi-Finals"), and one (1) $800 prepaid gift card for travel-related expenses (ARV: $1,400). Winner must be able to travel to the National Semi-Finals on or about April 2, 2022, or the winner agrees to forfeit the Second Prize in its entirety and Sponsor will award the Second Prize to an alternate winner, time permitting.
c. Third Prize (4 total): Two (2) Sponsor-selected tickets to the 2022 NCAA® Division I Men's Basketball Sweet Sixteen® Games in Chicago, Illinois on or about March 25, 2022 (the "Chicago Sweet Sixteen® Games"), and one (1) $800 prepaid gift card for travel-related expenses (ARV: $1,200). Winner must be able to travel to the Chicago Sweet Sixteen® Games on or about March 25, 2022, or the winner agrees to forfeit the Third Prize in its entirety and Sponsor will award the Third Prize to an alternate winner, time permitting.

Fourth Prize (3 total): Two (2) Sponsor-selected tickets to the 2022 NCAA® Division I Men's Basketball Sweet Sixteen® Games in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on or about March 25, 2022 (the "Philadelphia Sweet Sixteen® Games"), and one (1) $800 prepaid gift card for travel-related expenses (ARV: $1,000). Winner must be able to travel to the Philadelphia Sweet Sixteen® Games on or about March 25, 2022, or the winner agrees to forfeit the Fourth Prize in its entirety and Sponsor will award the Fourth Prize to an alternate winner, time permitting.
