4. How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter:
a. During the Promotion Period, visit www.Clorox.com/ClutchSweeps and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration form by providing your first name, last name and email address. Per the instructions on the registration, entrant acknowledges that by submitting the registration form, you have read and agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and these Official Rules. Once you have registered you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
b. Visit the Clorox Clutch Sweepstakes activation space at the NBA All-Star Game at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, 1 Center Court, Cleveland, OH 44115 (2/20/22) or at the Truly Hard Seltzer NHLĀ® PreGame for the Navy Federal Credit Union NHL Stadium Seriesā¢ at Nissan Stadium, 1 Titans Way, Nashville, TN 37213 (2/26/22). Using your personal mobile device, scan the QR code on the Sweepstakes sign placed near the activation space or visit www.Clorox.com/ClutchSweeps. Follow the links and instructions to complete the registration form by providing your first name, last name and email address. Per the instructions on the registration, entrant acknowledges that by submitting the registration form, you have read and agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and these Official Rules. Message and data rates may apply. Check your wireless carrier's network to determine standard data charges. Once you have registered you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit: You may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and/or logins, or any other methods, will void that entrant's entry and that entrant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
5. Prize Drawing: Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around April 8, 2022. The potential winners will be notified by email from Administrator, and will be required to provide their name, home mailing address (P.O. Boxes not permitted) and date of birth to confirm eligibility and for prize fulfillment purposes within five (5) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent in order to claim the prize. Each potential Grand, First, and Second Prize winner will be required to sign and return to Administrator, within five (5) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, a Declaration of Compliance, Liability & Publicity Release (except where prohibited) in order to claim the prize and to fulfill any such other requirements as determined by Administrator. If a potential prize winner fails to provide a Declaration of Compliance, Liability & Publicity Release or any other requested information (as applicable) within the required time period, they may be disqualified and forfeit the prize. If a potential winner of the prize cannot be contacted, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that a potential winner forfeits the prize or is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

FIVE (5) GRAND PRIZES: Each prize consisting of one (1) $3,000 Live NationĀ® e-gift card ("LN Gift Card"). LN Gift Cards may be used toward the purchase of tickets sold through the Live Nation and Ticketmaster websites and in the Live Nation mobile app for Live Nation-produced events in the United States and Canada. LN Gift Cards are not redeemable at venue box offices. LN Gift Cards cannot be used toward VIP NationĀ®, fan clubs, other gift cards and select ticket packages.
