Just an FYI if you're just getting this for the "free" tablet. The tablet is a Galaxy A7 lite which only costs $200 ($129 on Amazon)

They will still lock you to a 2 year EIP even if it's free (They'll make a monthly credit to cover the tablet EIP)

Meaning you'd end up paying $10 for 2 years ($240) for a $129 tablet.

So if you're only doing it for the tablet then it's not worth it
Some people don't live in a house.
Not on the "free" tablet, lol. In all seriousness, don't choose the plan with TE in the title as that one is tax exclusive (you have 2 choices)

soc code ZB10HSTI is the one you want.

Blocked from what? Using this plan?
As we have seen with the M2000, the IMEI's of certain TMobile sold/provided devices are blocked.

Yes, they could block it at any time. Not sure if Kvd21 or 5g21 is blocked right now. There are earlier posts that suggest they work. I haven't tried it yet

Anyone using Franklin T9? I can change the IMEI and ttl by following some of the previous posts; However, T9 is still showing no service available. Do we need to change the APN setting or other settings as well? Any help or pointer would be appreciated.

P.S. I login T9 and tried to add APN, it kept saying not complete...

(Franklin T9) Ok, after a few reboots, it connects successfully. However, even with ttl set to 65 and IMEI changed, it still counts as hotspot data usage. Anyone had success with T9 masking hotspot usage?

no need to adb, just follow the root guide to root and get to engineering mode

I think you need to set TTL to 64.

65 is on a router that connects to it.

I just set TTL to 64 on TMOHS1 and works

It's kind of slow though. I'm a little disappointed

Tried 64 in T9, still counting as hotspot data. TMOHS1 will arrive tomorrow, will give it a shot and report back. Thank you.

Have you added HD video pass yet? It should help the speed.

Currently running an Arc that I got for $80 from Metro($30/mo 5gb plan and TMHI $50 device/first month then don't renew and own gateway). I have it running to a Cudy LT18(overkill but had on hand from previous client deployment). TTL set to 68. Speeds consistently 300-500mbps on N41. I initially got the free tablet and a second line in March and have since added 3 more lines via TmoBiz FB chat using free sims from Apple Store. Transferred one of the lines to my iPhone 13 mini easily via chat as well and its working w/o issue.

The free tablet and the $10/mo. internet is still available BUT it's best to call and speak with an actual person to place the order. T-Mo Business: 877-590-4720 or 866-475-0850.
Do NOT try to do it online or go to the store or you'll probably regret it.
It's also far easier to do this with a SS # as a sole proprietor than an EIN.

You pay tax up front on the actual $200 tablet price and you pay the $10/mo. monthly along with the $200/24mo. tablet installment but you get a credit for it on the monthly bill, for a net payment of $10/mo.
The upfront Sim pack charge is $20, so the total upfront payment for the tax and Sim is around $40.

Make sure you get the $10 all taxes included option, code ZB10HSTI, and the HD Video speed, code HDVPASS0.

After you get and activate the package you can try to do what is described here about the various hacks with the various devices.
