These "Regular Rolls" must be even smaller that the 4 for $1 packages at dollar tree
Agreed that Charmin Red 2 ply is better than QN's Purple Ultra Plush 3 ply.
That being said, this is really a regular deal. Same price if you take the 24 roll price and calculate it down to the 18 roll price.
Either way, a whole lot of extra money for the company (shy of calling it gouging...).
