If you download the Cash App there is something called a boost which is a coupon that is automatically applied when payments are made with your Cash App account/card. In the app, there is currently a boost for the below:
$1 off any NYC MTA ride, can be used once every 6 hrs
You can think of Cash App like using Venmo, except there are boosts(coupons) in it.
Update = The boost was gone for me Friday evening, but it returned Monday evening. I guess the boost randomly changes for each person.
I had this boost in most weeks for over a year, but it could be used every 3 hours. I haven't had it after the first week of January, and still don't have it. I also didn't have it for a couple of months at the beginning of 2021.
Just a heads up this deal still active. This deal is cheaper than the unlimited card, especially since they implemented the free rides once 12x are completed. I have seen more people going back to office especially my building. I used to see no one else from other companies on my elevator rides.
