Nice deal, just looking at comparable Microcenter prices, the RAM is worth about $110 and the SSD about $105 (being PCIe 4.0).

Looks like the SSD uses TLC NAND and the Phison E16 controller. mostly postive review [pcmag.com]

same. The process was fairly easy, didn't really have to do anything aside from filling out a form and attaching my receipt, I think. the replacement arrived in about a week and a half, I think.
