Download or screenshot a photo of the completed Dog Resume ("Resume Photo") or take a photo of you and your dog working together ("Dog Photo"). Resume Photo and Dog Photo collectively referred to herein as "Photo".
Submit the Photo through one of the two (2) methods below:
Method #1: Instagram:
Log in to your Instagram account and follow @cesarcuisine;
Share your Photo and a short description of why your dog is the best co-worker (the "Entry Description") to your public Instagram account, including the hashtags #HIREMYDOG and #Contest and @cesarcuisine in the Photo caption to receive one (1) entry into the Contest (the "Instagram Entry").
By using the hashtags, participant indicates his/her/their agreement to these Official Rules. There is a limit of one (1) Instagram Entry per person. Entrant's Instagram settings must be public. Posts from "private" Instagram accounts will not be eligible. Entrants must follow and continue to follow @cesarcuisine through at least May 31, 2022 in order to be notified in the event he/she/they are a potential finalist or winner. If a Tweet is more than one post in length it will be considered as one (1) entry into the Contest with the first post considered the Twitter Entry. By using the hashtags, participant indicates his/her/their agreement to these Official Rules. There is a limit of one (1) Twitter Entry per person. Entrant's Twitter settings must be public. ROUND-ONE JUDGING & FINALIST DETERMINATION: Following the Contest Period, all eligible Entry Descriptions received during the Contest Period will be judged ("Round-One Judging") by a panel appointed by the Sponsor, who shall use the criteria set forth below:
A. Relevance to the CESAR® brand's core value that the best life is shared between pets and their pet parents (70%)
B. Originality (30%).
The fifteen (15) Entries that receive the highest total score based on the judging criteria will each be deemed a potential finalist (each, a "Finalist" or "Finalist Prize Winner"). In the unlikely event of a tie, the tied Entry with the highest score in Criterion A, Relevance to the CESAR® brand's core value that the best life is shared between pets and their pet parents, will be deemed the potential Finalist.
ROUND-TWO JUDGING & GRAND PRIZE WINNER DETERMINATION: All Finalist Responses will be judged by a panel appointed by the Sponsor, who shall use the criteria set forth below:
A. Highlights the personal benefit of working alongside your dog (25%)
B. Elaborate on why your hometown or office is the right fit for the CESAR® Pup-Up Workspace event (25%)
C. Incorporates the CESAR® brand's core value that the best life is shared between pets and their pet parents (25%)
D. Originality in overall response (25%).
PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"):
Finalist Prizes: There are fifteen (15) Finalist Prizes available to be won. Each Finalist Prize winner will receive CESAR® Canine Cuisine dog food product valued up to $25. The ARV of each Finalist Prize is: $25.
Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a prize package to include:
One (1) year of CESAR® Canine Cuisine dog food products, to be awarded a digital Walmart gift card* redeemable online and in-store for CESAR® Canine Cuisine dog food products valued at $500.
An invitation to the CESAR® Pup-Up Workspace event (the "Event") that will take place within 35 miles of Grand Prize winner's city of residence. Date, time and location of the Event will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Travel to the Event is not included as part of the Grand Prize. Grand Prize winner must agree to abide by all Event rules and regulations in effect, which may include providing proof that Grand Prize winner has been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and wearing a mask at the Event. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Invitation to the Event portion of the Grand Prize and no other substitution or compensation will be provided in lieu thereof. Grand Prize winner understands and agrees that the Invitation to the Event has NO CASH VALUE and if the Event is cancelled, delayed or postponed for any reason beyond the Sponsor's control, the Grand Prize will consist of only the year of CESAR® Canine Cuisine dog food products. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $500.
The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $875.
