Finally some decent T-Mobile deals.
A flip is great but battery life is horrible. I had 3 and trade all of them in for s21 and 22 ultra.

This is the highest priced deal I've seen. What you talking about
600 without a trade-in, without a new line, and without any commitment, for an S22? What are YOU talking about? Show me better.

Have a line currently with T-Mobile .. can I add a line , qualify for the $300 GC promotion and then cancel my current line ? I use Google voice , so don't care about losing the current T-Mobile number ..

Do remember reading some caveats on line canceling ? Anyone help please

I would cancel the existing line the very next day after adding the new line ( just before my billing cycle closes )

I was also told the same, they even tried to apply the BOGO promo , but got error when checking eligibility. Not sure when this will going to fix. I am in simple choice plan.
Do you have the promo code for this (is on the promo piece of paper they give you at the kiosk at the end of the transaction)

Visited TMobile Kiosk at local Costco, rep told me that we need to keep the new line for at least 6 months and not all the plans eligible!
Is the 6month holding true? Earlier we could get rid of the line as soon as Costco Card is received!

Nope. There was no 6 month wait. We got our rebate cash card in 3 months.

Rep says my Simple Choice plan is eligible, and that I need to keep the new line for 91+ days.

He also said the $300 for New Line promo stacks with a "Buy a Line, Get a Line Free", which you can use with a $300 BYOD offer. So, you'll get $300 + $300 Costco Shop Card.

Can you explain this further?

Do you do this in one transaction? Buy the phone from Costco on a new TM plan, add a line for free, activate your BYOD device there in the store for the second free line that you added?

Also for the BYOD, it sounds like it needs to be an unlocked device, correct? So I couldn't for example buy a TMobile Oneplus 8T from OnePlus and then use that for the BYOD rebate? I would need to instead buy the Unlocked version of this phone?

(Considering getting the OnePlust 8T for my wife and using that phone as the BYOD device for the Samsung deal for myself.)

Edit 5/5/22:

I just did the deal. With stacking, I was thinking you were talking about getting $300 + $300 for both phones. What I see now, is you are saying it is $300 for the first phone you buy and then you get $300 for the free 2nd line.

I did three lines on 55+. So I get $900, but need to pay $135/month. Makes the S22+ I bought cost me about $400. Not sure it is worth it to turn around and resell.

I'm trying to replicate. Do you have promo code for the Buy a line get a line? I called my local costco but they said they have a buy 2 lines get one line. Also promo code for the BYOD? The only offer I get is $200 discount galaxy phone. or $300 cash card plus the $200 dollar discount with new line.

Talked to TM rep via phone, who was mostly clueless, but he did say for new lines it is buy two lines get 3rd free. Existing I believe it is buy one get one free.

anyone know if closing original line after opening a new line triggers anything? Any Caveats/fees on canceling the original line? Thanks in advance

In my experience you can usually cancel lines tied to Costco deals after 90 days. I have done it twice with no issues.
