Need to disagree a bit here. Most of the flavors taste like they should. I mean grape tastes like grape. Orange like orange. Grapefruit, lemon lime, black cherry, etc. The one that was pretty far off was Mountain Zevia. Although my wife said it was similar to Mountain Dew.

I'm sure peoples tastebuds will interpret differently, but it's pretty hard at a minimum to mess up fruity flavors.

I think that people just need to understand that you aren't buying a competitor to Coke or Pepsi. Every flavor tastes significantly different from your conventional idea of a soda. That might be a good thing or a bad thing depending on how often you drink and enjoy traditional sodas.

If you're sensitive to the Stevia aftertaste, then this isn't for you. I am unfortunately one of them and I regret my purchase. Been trying to get people to take them when I place the cans in the fridge at work...

3 years ago I was diagnosed with type 2 diabeetus. There were other factors, but at the time I was drinking a lot of soda. Before then I tried stuff sweetened with stevia. Years ago, I couldn't stomach diet drinks. Had to start out with 1/4 diet, then 1/2, then 3/4, & finally full no-calorie stuff. Now regular soda tastes like syrup. Can't stand it! Agree, you can change your taste buds.

This is my mom's go to, as she has indeed had diabeetus since she turned 55 a few years back. She loves about 75% of these, and the rest I either don't mind or can put in the teacher's lounge at school. These things are hella expensive even in larger quantities at pretty much any grocer around Dallas/Fort Worth, even when you catch BOGO deals on the larger packs.

I've been drinking Zevia for approximately five years, and the taste is my new norm. The aftertaste of Stevia takes some time to get acclimated to. The nutrition label of Zevia kept me committed to drinking it as a replacement, it was like guiltless soda. I now find Zevia to be extremely refreshing to drink, however, the taste is not for everyone.

Omg it's so bad. I bought these when they were on "sale" for $18. No one in my house could stand the taste. Brought the whole case to work all remaining 20 cans opened and promptly dumped out. These are sooo bad there's no way the Amazon reviews are accurate.

Never been a soda person but got hooked on Zeva a month ago.
Root beer is favorite.
I think it's hard for people coming from regular soda to Stevia.

I'll add a comment about something other than the flavor, and that's the fizz. These are very fizzy, and it's a fine (small bubbles) foam that expands a lot, compared to mainstream sodas. So it can be surprising to drink straight from the can because you get a mouth full of foam. Or when pouring into a glass with ice, it fills up quickly with foam, then you have to wait for it to settle down before pouring more.

If your on keto these are a lifesaver. I tried coke and Pepsi occasionally on cheat days and can not stand the taste anymore, tastes rancid. Zevia caffeine free cola tastes how a coke used to taste, guess my taste buds changed. The zevia Cream soda, Dr pepper an Mt dew are good but have caffeine

Tons of ola flavor, almost no coka-c flavor. They all taste like they the same, but have one drop of listed flavor.

The upside is I think stevia is healthier than other sugar substitutes. Hard to tell because nothing you read is true anymore.
