I added the bundle and went through checkout to the last page before submitting order.
Then I opened dell.com on another tab, viewed cart and removed the game.
Then went back to first tab and let it auto adjust to the new total and placed order.

The wheel is super solid and I absolutely love it (one of the biggest review gripes are the paddle shifters, and I do admit they are loud and obnoxious). The game is definitely fun and I've had no issues thus far.
