Same thing happened to me… ordered a set of clothes $300 recently, half the items were canceled with some being part of a suit…
On another sale, my wife and I ordered about $500 worth of clothes and ended up returning over 80% of it. So it works both ways.
Now the stuff I'm looking at says Final Sale, though. On the product page it's way down in fine print, but at least in the cart it's clear.

Total deal breaker. What the heck is the point of shopping online if you can't purchase and then have piece of mind that it doesn't for fit or looks different in-person, you can't get a refund? Im so sorry. I just noticed that I did not provide the correct link to the same item on Amazon 😓 and now I can't find the item on Amazon at all
It is the same bag. The Chinese can copy just about any item thats for sale.
On the video you can clearly see that it is the same bag, and the person shows all 3 colors that the bag comes in 🙂
