We told them the model number and they made us an appt at their Paramus/Maywood store. We show up, and the tech says 'yup, that screen is definitely broken, but the screen is OOS'. They took our phone number and never called back; when we tried to follow up by calling, they kept telling us the screen is OOS. Eventually the promotion expired.
