The Switch internal battery is 4310mah. An entire extra charge can be helpful

I bought this at this price last year. It's been great. Perfect for the kiddo on long cad rides and, perhaps more importantly, has a better kickstand than the system itself. Win win.

It's just an external battery pack so it shouldn't.

The issue with 3rd party docks was Switch asking for a number and expecting a different number. 3rd party dock/adapter combos would give Switch what it asked for, while Nintendo dock/adapter would give Switch what it needed. Nintendo's fault for being non-standard.

Will this fry/brick the switch just like the non Nintendo brand switch dock? Based on review of the insignia switch dock, their switch got bricked while the Nintendo brand don't of course.

Well, I realize this clips onto the back of the Switch and all, but dang, pretty sure we've had plenty of deals for 10,000mAh USB portable batteries for $15-20. This seems a bit small capacity-wise for the price.

Placed two orders. One for store pick-up...and it was abruptly cancelled. Then I placed an order for shipping, and that one got cancelled as well. Think this is actually out of stock even though you can add to cart and order. Anyone else have any recent luck on this?

I have the regular rockfish doc and it does brick time to time, complete waste of money

Same. Bought this a month or so back and it's worked well to extend the battery life for my son. I also like that the charging port is sideways. I actually had to get my sons first switch serviced/replaced in part because the port became loose due to the charging cord being pushed/pressed on while charging while in use. This alleviates that issue as well.

Brick your console? Or does the dock brick? "Time to time" - i am assuming the doc? Like maybe you need to power cycle it time to time?

Just wondering - I use the rocketfish doc on a spare TV (dont use that often) - and no issues.
