Can't recommend this bag and OGIO's lifetime warranty enough. Bought it for weekly business travel and it's great

On a whim checked that I had the right model (been tracking this backpack) and found they have a Gambit Pro (a bit larger closer to the RSS pack) and the coupon also works. Could work with other SKUs so give it a try on other bags. I have a small 17" laptop and this will probably work better.

A lot of companies require some kind of proof of destruction if they're not making you send in the defective or damaged product. Just discourages people from using it to get a free second bag.

The sternum clip broke on mine. They sent me a new one and I had to send back the old one. They paid shipping both directions with no issues. Great service even after being bought out.

WoW I can't believe he called. Saved me $50 i guess. Durable, but this design doesn't leave a lot of room in the compartments due to the top cup, but plenty of pocket space.
