Just redeemed the code, if you're on Android, download seed4.me VPN and connect to Argentina, this worked for me this time as well as before with Elden Ring.

Sign into the Xbox store using Xbox.com-es-ar
sign in, redeem code and you're good to go.

Thanks OP for a great find, I've been wanting this game for a while, but never willing to pay full price.

Not from this seller but have done this on a couple games from ebay without issue. once you put in the code just turn off the VPN. I have never been banned but have had my account stop getting points in the US for being on an out of country vpn. This resolves itself in a day.
