Dont buy it. If for any case your account gets locked (happens often when you try to take advantage of some coupons or promos), they'll lock your gift card too and wont release it or issue a new one

10% off is not worth taking the risk here

As far as I understand it (correct me if wrong, someone!); If you have a promotion in Instacart that says you get 25 off 45 spent in Instacart using Paypal, then that promotion would not be applied to an Instacart purchase you paid for with a gift card, unless at least 45 dollars of that in-app purchase were paid for by Paypal. If you pay for the gift card with Paypal, that is a payment to Newegg (who is selling this card) and would not count for your in-app Instacart promotion on a Paypal purchase
