They don't refund it back to the gift card but give you a store credit (same way it's done at Lowe's) linked to your ID which you'd have to scan each time you try using funds on that card. And maybe it's just me unlucky, but their system often fails to scan the barcode on my DL requiring staff assist at checkout.

Purchased successfully but two oddities to note:

1) I tried to put 2 in my shopping cart, and only one got the $110, while the second was $100. So instead I did it in two separate transactions.

2) Upon receiving my gift card via e-mail, the e-mail says it's for $100. However once you click on it to get the code, it's really $110. So the deal works; you just have to be aware of this.
