Capital One is offering a 75,000 mile bonus after you spend $4,000 on purchases within the first 3 months from account opening with the Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card. There is $95 annual fee.

    Don't know about Capital One, but Chase has a way to track it on their website. I would think C1 has something similar. You could also go by your monthly statements, so you'd have a really good idea by your 2nd bill.

    I had been rejected for a couple of years with great credit but recently checked back in using their pre qualify tool that doesn't run a credit check. When it said I would qualify for the Venture I applied and was accepted. Not sure what changed. My score was about the same.
